These terms apply to your use of the Jae Painter Phoenix website and to estimates and services provided by JAE Painting & Restorations LLC, "we", "us", or "our". By using this site or requesting an estimate, you agree to these terms. Your written estimate or agreement for a specific project may include additional terms; if anything in it conflicts with this page, the written estimate or agreement controls.

Contractor licensing

JAE Painting & Restorations LLC is not a licensed contractor. Our Arizona Registrar of Contractors (ROC) license is in progress. You can look up any contractor's license status on the Arizona Registrar of Contractors website.

Website information and prices

The information on this website is for general information only. Prices shown on the site are typical ranges for the Phoenix area, not quotes or offers. Your actual price depends on the size and condition of the job, the products you choose, and other details we can only confirm in person. Only a written estimate from us sets the price for your project.

Estimates

• Estimates are free and given in writing after we see the project.
• An estimate covers only the work it describes. It stays valid for the period stated on it.
• If we find conditions that could not be seen when we gave the estimate, such as hidden damage, rot, water damage, or failing old paint, we will tell you before doing extra work. Extra work is only done with your approval.
• Changes to the scope of work, colors, or products after you accept an estimate may change the price and schedule.

Scheduling and weather

We schedule work around Arizona heat, monsoon storms, and the conditions paint needs to cure properly. Start and finish dates are estimates and may move because of weather, product availability, or conditions found on site. We will keep you informed of any change.

Your responsibilities

• Give us safe access to the work areas, along with water and electricity as needed
• Remove valuables, fragile items, and small furniture from the work areas, and keep children and pets away while we work
• Get any HOA or deed-restriction approvals for exterior colors before work starts. We are happy to give you color names and codes for your application.
• Choose and confirm your colors and sheens before work starts
• Tell us about anything we should know, such as known damage, past repairs, or whether the home was built before 1978

Colors and finishes

Colors can look different on the wall than on a screen, chip, or swatch, and can change with lighting. We recommend testing a sample before you decide. Changes after paint has been applied may be billed as additional work.

Payment

Payment terms, including any deposit, are stated on your written estimate or agreement. Balances are due as stated there. Questions about an invoice? Call us at (623) 565-6971 and we will go over it with you.

Photos of our work

We may photograph completed work for our gallery and Google Business Profile without showing your name, address, or anything that identifies you. Let us know if you would rather we not. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Website use

You may use this website for your personal, lawful use. Do not misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or copy its content, photos, or logo for commercial use without our permission. The site, its content, and our logo belong to JAE Painting & Restorations LLC.

This website is provided "as is". We work to keep it accurate and available, but we do not guarantee that it is always error-free or uninterrupted. Links to other websites are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content.

Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, JAE Painting & Restorations LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website. Our responsibilities for a specific project are set out in that project's written estimate or agreement.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona.

We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page shows when they last changed.
